Terms and Conditions
By accepting delivery of any product delivered from ATC Computers, LLC. (Hereinafter referred to as the Company) , you ("Purchaser") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. Purchaser and the Company agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Purchaser and the Company. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Purchaser will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void.
ATC Computers.com LLC offers a 30-day replacement/refund guarantee from the original ship date for most products. Certain restrictions apply, please check for warranty and service on each product accordingly. After 30 days, only the manufacturer's warranty applies and no returns will be accepted. There is absolutely no refund after 30 days from the original ship date.
Returns and Refunds:
A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) must be issued by ATC Computers.com LLC, and is required for all returns. RMA Number must be labeled outside the shipping box. Merchandise must arrive at our warehouse within 10 days of the issuance of the RMA number at which time the RMA# expires. RMA numbers are non-renewable. ATC Computers.com LLC reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RMA number back to the customer, or to prorate the credit. ATC Computers.com LLC does not accept return of sold products after thirty (30) days from ATC Computers.com LLC invoice date, nor does ATC Computers.com LLC refund or credit back the purchase money after the above-mentioned period of time. To qualify for the refund or credit back, purchaser must notify ATC Computers.com LLC timely, obtain proper authorization from ATC Computers.com LLC, and at the purchaser's expenses deliver the products to ATC Computers.com LLC Warehouse within the above-mentioned 30-days period of time. Refunds or credit back shall be limited to the current market price of the actual products, not including shipping and handling expenses of the purchaser, and ATC Computers.com LLC shall apply a fifteen percent (15 %) or $15.00 (whichever is larger) restocking Charge against the purchaser & Shipping/handling fees will not be refundable. All items with Free Shipping by ATC Computers.com LLC and the item is returned for a refund, there will be a mininum $9.00 charge apply to the purchase price.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, in as-new condition with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables & accessories must be included. If any component of the returned product is missing, ATC Computers.com LLC will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component. ATC Computers.com LLC inspects all returns, and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria.
Refuse Shipment:
ATC Computers.com LLC will charge a 15% restocking fee + shipping handling fee on order(s) that is being refused by the buyer.
Software:
All software products are non-refundable. ATC Computers.com LLC will only replace defective software within 30 days of the ship date. Defective items will be replaced with the same title only and must be returned in the original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and any other documentation.
LCD Monitors:
All LCD Monitors are non-refundable. ATC Computers.com LLC will only replace defective monitors within 30 days of the ship date. Defective items will be replaced with the same title only and must be returned in the original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and any other accessories.
Dead Pixels - There must be a minimum of 8 dead pixels to declare an LCD display defective and eligible for return.
Product with Free Shipping:
Product with FREE SHIPPING is only in the United States. CANADA, HAWAII, ALASKA, and PUERTO RICO are NOT qualify for free shipping.
Retail/OEM CPU's and Memory Products:
All Retail/OEM CPUs and memory products are non-refundable. However, ATC Computers.com LLC offers a 30-day exchange guarantee (same item replacement) to OEM CPU and memory products. CPUs and Memory that are chipped, burnt or have bent/broken pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement.
Desktop PC & Notebook Return Policy:
This is our Detailed Desktop PC and Notebook Return Policy. Under this policy all Desktop PCs & Notebooks are non-refundable, and this supersedes all other return policies. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. Any Desktop PCs or Notebooks that is deemed defective may be returned for a replacement within 30 days only, but a request for refund will not be granted. If a Desktop PC or a Notebook is returned for a replacement, but no problems are found, the Desktop PC or Notebook will be returned at your (the buyer's) expense. Any Desktop PC or Notebook that has been altered are automatically voided ATC Computers.com Warranty. Notebooks that have Scratches or have Broken Case are considered as physical damaged. This cannot be returned for refund or replacement. You should be certain in your decision to purchase a Desktop PC or a Notebook. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.
A defective Desktop PC or a Notebook that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at ATC Computers.com discretion. We strive to uphold our standard RMA processing time for these types of items; however, in some situations the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repairs. Unfortunately ATC Computers.com cannot expedite the RMA repair process in these situations, as we must abide by the manufacturer's established processing time. Items With Mail-in-Rebate Policy:
Products missing UPC codes or Serial Numbers from the box are NOT returnable (Even the product is defective).
Products offering mail-in-rebate are not returnable to ATC Computers.com LLC once the rebates have been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in your rebate. Only the product manufacturer can replace the defective item missing the UPC code.
Special Returns Policy:
Due to manufacturers' policies, ATC Computers.com LLC cannot, under any circumstances, accept refunds, returns or exchanges of products manufactured by the companies listed in the table below. These manufacturers deal directly with issues regarding their products and will repair or replace these products in accordance with their own policies.

Opened Printers, Scanners, Monitors, Camcorders, MP3 Players, PDAs and Handheld are absolutely non-refundable. Defective products may be exchanged with the same item within 30-day of the purchase date.
